Motorcomm was established in January 2017. With research and development centers in Suzhou High-tech Zone and Zhangjiang High-tech Park in Shanghai, Yutai Microelectronics is one of the few domestic Ethernet PHY chip suppliers with independent intellectual property rights. The company has three main product directions: Ethernet physical layer chips, Ethernet switch chips, and Ethernet NIC chips. With a comprehensive product lineup, our chips have been widely used in market sectors such as telecommunications, security, industrial, consumer electronics, and automotive, and have been mass-produced or tested by many well-known domestic enterprises. The company is composed of a technical development team with backgrounds from internationally renowned enterprises, as well as excellent management and marketing teams. Nearly 70% of our staff hold master's or doctoral degrees, and over 53% have more than ten years of experience in the chip industry. The company has obtained multiple district-level, city-level, and provincial-level qualifications and honorary titles, such as "Innovation Leading Talents in High-tech Zones," "Leading Talents in Gusu Entrepreneurship," "Double Innovation Talents in Jiangsu Province," and qualifications for private scientific and technological enterprises in Jiangsu Province. We have applied for 18 invention patents (of which 2 have been authorized), 9 utility model patents (of which 2 have been authorized), and 16 layout designs (all authorized), and are leading relevant departments in the formulation of industry standards in related fields. Motorcomm is rapidly becoming a leader in the research and development of wired communication chips in China.
